It had just snowed a bunch and every time the furnace would kick on and melt the snow around the vent, it would create … More a steady drip all the way down the vent pipe and onto the basement floor! Luckily it was going to be in the 50's the next few days and we were told someone would come by when the roof was safely accessible.
