We developed leaks and we called the roofer who stated that there was nothing wrong and it was just a bad rain and wind storm. We called Andy and he came out that day and determined that the previous roofer had not put in the flashing to prevent any leaks. Previous roofer denied until he came out and finally acknowledged that there was no flashing and then repaired the problem. 7 months later we developed another leak and the roofer claimed it was condensation from the bathroom fan.
