We accepted an offer on our house only to find out during the inspection that we had sustained roof damage from one of the hail storms. I contacted Kirkness Roofing and spoke with Jerome. As a result of the July storm we suspected the worst- roofing damage. We contacted Kirkness Roofing and they came out in short order and confirmed our shingles were shot. An estimate soon followed and we gave the go ahead and they got everything … More lined up and installed. Carter was a pleasure to work with and his crew was amazing. They did an amazing job including clean up when the job was done. I believe this is the 4th time our roof has been done since 1997. Once for a remodel and the rest due to storm damage. And Kirkness Roofing has been our go to each time. I’m sure a lot of the faces have changed over the years but the quality of service has not-always the best. They really do a wonderful job and they do sincerely care about their customers and their satisfaction.

We called Kirkness to have someone come look at a water leak we discovered on the roof coming from the furnace vent. It had just snowed a bunch and every time the furnace would kick on and melt the snow around the vent, it would create … More a steady drip all the way down the vent pipe and onto the basement floor! Luckily it was going to be in the 50's the next few days and we were told someone would come by when the roof was safely accessible.
Long story short, Jerome came by exactly when he said he would and was very friendly, professional and thorough, looking at the basement first and then heading to the roof where he found the issue.
